On the other hand such processes are attended by too much risk to be frequent: nor is the word 'slave' strictly applicable either to a mui tsai or a concubine. also know, we have just taken a step which will help, we hope, to reduce the most immoral form of traffic in human beings which exists here. aroused great indignation locally.
